What is Kief?
Kief is a fine, powdery collection of trichomes that fall off cannabis flower. It is more potent than regular ground flower because it’s rich in cannabinoids and terpenes. People generally use kief to boost the strength and flavor of joints, bowls, or vaporizers, or press it into hash. Kief is super versatile, you can sprinkle it on top of anything, save it up to press into hash, or use it in edibles. And the best part? You collect it for free just by using a grinder with a kief catcher. Kief is recommended for more experienced users and a little goes a long way!
Garden Greens Kief
I was able to get my hands on the Z Pie kief from Garden Greens and try out the different ways you can use kief. The presentation of the kief looks almost like kinetic sand. It is pliable and sturdy to press but also soft and able to be sprinkled onto whatever you’re smoking. You can add Z Pie kief to joint, blunts, or your bowls and dry herb vaporizers.
Z Pie
Z Pie is a hybrid strain which crosses Zkittles and Georgia Pie to yield a sweet and fruity flavor profile. The general percentage of Z Pie is 27-30% and has Limonene as its most common terpene. Visit us at Brotherly Bud to pick up Z Pie flower, pre-rolls, or kief!
